Fit for a King: Father’s Day Feasting at The Cooper

While Father’s Day is technically once a year, The Cooper is honoring the paternal milestone with a Sunday meal that Dad will remember forever. On Sunday, June 18, take your favorite father (or grandfather) out for a celebratory brunch or dinner at the farm-to-fork hot spot in PGA Commons, The Cooper. Each dad will receive a complimentary gift voucher (a $25 value) to be used toward a future, dine-in dinner entrée.

Father’s Day brunch menu items include:

Bloody Marys or Mimosas

“Chunky Monkey” Pancakes

Dark chocolate chips, whipped butter, sea salt and rum caramel, caramelized bananas, and toasted walnuts

Shakshuka

“Israeli Brunch”

Two baked eggs nestled in zesty tomato sauce with garlic, onions, zaatar, chilies, Swiss chard, and eggplant, accompanied by toasted naan bread and lebneh

Barbecue Bison Burger

Signature blend of grass-fed bison and beef topped with manchego, crispy onions, ancho-bourbon barbecue sauce, Kai Kai Farm mizuna, and sliced tomato                               on a whole wheat kaiser bun

Short Rib Eggs “Benny”

Short rib ragout, wilted Swiss chard, potato latkes, chive hollandaise, horseradish crema, accompanied by Kai Kai Farm field greens

Father’s Day dinner menu items include:

14 oz. Prime Dry-Aged New York Strip Steak

Choice of market fresh vegetables or potato pavé

Double-Cut Duroc Pork Chop

Kai Kai Farm stewed black-eyed peas, roasted pattypan squash, crispy okra,         and peach chutney

Pan-Roasted Hogfish

Wilted spinach, lemon-olive oil, crushed Yukon Gold potatoes, watercress purée, Florida sweet corn sauce, and local pea shoots

Tempt Dad’s Sunday taste buds with a sweet and sinful sundae:

The Cooper Sundae

Vanilla ice cream, brûléed bananas, hot chocolate fudge, salted caramel, spiced pecans, whipped cream, and Amarena cherries
