Chef Bruno Martin, Executive Chef

OF

Sandpiper’s Cove, North Palm Beach, FL

How did you end up at Sandpiper’s Cove?

I was looking for a small exclusive community where I could lead the culinary team with banquet and a la carte menus.

What is your favorite part of working at Sandpiper’s Cove?

Everybody at Sandpipers’ Cove work as a team and help each other to achieve the best results for the membership.

It is a friendly and clean environment with knowledgeable managers and staff alike. Everyone shows a wonderful attitude and a desire to learn more. As a chef, the kitchen crew wants to learn more about cooking and I like to teach people to reach their full potential.

What is your favorite menu item?

I love to cook seafood and the sea scallop dish is my favorite on the menu.

What is your favorite event you host?

My favorite event would be to do a wine/food pairing dinner.

What is one thing you’d love people to know about Sandpiper’s Cove?

I would like other people to know that Sandpiper’s Cove is hidden and a wonderful place to visit or to work at. The grounds, the water, the restaurant, the staff are all part of its wonderful charm.
