EAT PALM BEACH | B-NOON

I visited B-Noon Coffee & Shop last week and am so excited to have them in the neighborhood.

Owned by local Lithuanian transplants, Neringa and her husband Andrius, B-Noon is family owned and operated. They offer an array of espresso, coffee and tea options alongside smoothies, fresh baked goods, sandwiches and housemade organic grab and go cups.

I sat down with Neringa at one of the outdoor bistro tables and chatted with her for a bit. She makes these delicious chia seed parfaits with hazelnut spread, green apples and cinnamon along with protein balls and a handful of chilled items in the grab and go section of the shop. Pastry dough is imported frozen and baked throughout the day sending an enticing aroma out the door. The coffee is all fair trade organic, something that was very important to them in selecting a roaster.

B-Noon also features an adorable shop with unique items, foodie and coffee lover gifts, books and interesting products to peruse.

The design is Scandinavian with a minimalistic approach, clean lines and a modern feel. The corner space is bright and the walkway where the tables are located had a nice breeze as we sat outside. They plan to offer bar seating along the interior in the future.

I sampled a flat white, caramel ice coffee and the parfait while I was there and would return for any of the above (plus I’m definitely going back to try the chocolate croissant).

If you’re in the Palm Beach Lakes / Village area, make sure to stop by and say hello, grab a cup of coffee and support local!
