Spoto’s Oyster Bar Celebrates 12th Anniversary at PGA Commons

Gourmands flock to Spoto’s Oyster Bar at PGA Commons for its fresh, sea-to-table offerings and quintessential cocktails. Now the pearl of Palm Beach Gardens is celebrating its 12th anniversary on Tuesday, February 17, with a Mardi Gras extravaganza starting at 5 p.m.

Guests will enjoy complimentary mini hurricane cocktails, colorful beads, live music, a chance to win fabulous prizes, and plenty of homemade birthday cake. Co-executive chefs Alan Stokes, and Bill Flatley who is celebrating 17 years with Spoto’s, are whipping up a sensory-inspired feast to tantalize diners’ taste buds. Beginning with charbroiled oysters ($12.75) infused with garlic butter and breadcrumbs, entrees include a spicy shrimp étouffée with red beans and rice ($24.75), a shellfish boil with lobster, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, fresh fish, and corn in a spicy clam broth ($29.95), and a mouthwatering seafood jambalaya ($25.25) with salmon, shrimp, scallops, littleneck clams, and mussels in a rich Cajun cream sauce served over red beans and rice.

“We are truly honored to be celebrating twelve outstanding years in Palm Beach Gardens,” says Ellen Daly, managing partner of Spoto’s Oyster Bar. “The secret to our success is simple: a great staff and loyal guests. We’re one big, happy family.”

Spoto’s Oyster Bar is located in PGA Commons at 4560 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit spotos.com.
