MOTHER’S DAY AT PROSECCO CAFE

On Sunday, May 14, moms will enjoy a complimentary Crantini Mimosa with the following Mother’s Day brunch entrées:

Crab Cake Benedict  $17

Flaky crab cake topped with a poached egg, and served with wilted spinach, breakfast potatoes, flame-roasted avocado, and lime Hollandaise sauce.

Dolce Dream French Toast  $14

Buttered challah bread topped with vanilla bean gelato, prosecco hand-dipped strawberries, whipped cream, and graham cracker dust.

Duet Poke Bowl  $16

Marinated salmon and tuna duet served on a bed of rice with avocado, seaweed hamachi, edamame, shredded lettuce, red onion, radish, scallions, and cilantro.

Shakshuka  $14

Rustic tomatoes, poached egg, and Vito’s fresh mozzarella.

Mother’s Day brunch hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are recommended. A regular breakfast menu is also available.
