ENTICING SUMMER MENU SPECIALS, SUNSET MENU FOR TWO, COOKING CLASSES, AND MORE AT VIC & ANGELO’S IN PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — At Vic & Angelo’s, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the focus is on enticing culinary options this summer. This wonderful restaurant — owned by gifted restaurateur and entrepreneur John Rosatti — is known for serving delicious and authentic Italian cuisine. This summer, talented Executive Chef Alain Zimmer has created a selection of mouthwatering options for diners.
During the month of June 2014, diners can enjoy Lobster Notte on Monday evenings from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.. One-pound Maine lobsters can be steamed, baked, or broiled and they will be served with drawn butter, corn-on-the-cob, and Red Bliss potatoes, for $29.95, per person.
At Carving Night, on Tuesdays during the month of June 2014, diners can enjoy Prime Rib and Chef’s Choice, along with several side dishes and a choice of dessert, for $24.95, per person. Carving Night is available from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
During Pasta Wednesday, diners can enjoy their choice of salad and their choice of pasta, from a special menu, along with the dessert of the day, for $19.95, per person. Pasta Wednesday is available from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. during the month of June 2014.
Vic & Angelo’s, in Palm Beach Gardens, will also be offering their popular Sunset Menu, from July 1, 2014 through August 28, 2014. For $24.95, for two people, diners can choose one salad, two entrees, and one dessert (cannoli or tiramisu), from this special prix fixe menu. This Sunset Menu will be offered Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Additionally, diners can enjoy entertainment from a variety of talented singers, from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, from June 5, 2014 through August 30, 2014. Dancing, on the expansive patio, is encouraged!
Vic & Angelo’s will also be offering daily drink specials, for $5, per drink, throughout the day and evening from June 1, 2014 through August 31, 2014.
At Wine Down Mondays, diners can enjoy half-price bottles of wine, from the wine list — with a full price of $80, per bottle, or less — throughout the day and evening all year.
Chef Alain will also be offering his popular summer cooking classes on Saturday mornings, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., on June 28, July 26, and August 30, 2014. On Saturday, June 28, 2014, participants will learn how to cook Eggplant Parmigiana and John’s Mom’s Meatball. The cost, for each class, is $14.95, per person. During the summer, the restaurant will also be offering their traditional a la carte menus, for lunch and dinner, daily, along with their brunch menu on Sunday. Whichever menu diners choose, this season, they can feast on bountiful salads, soul-satisfying house-made pastas, crispy thin-crust pizzas, fresh fish and seafood, and enticing veal and chicken dishes. V&A also features a full bar — with indoor and outdoor seating –with over 100 wines, from all over the globe, as well as fifteen vintages by the glass, and nifty signature cocktails. Mondays spotlight Wine Down Vino & Cannolis, and diners can enjoy half-off of all bottles of wine and Champagne, along with half-off of all cannolis, throughout the day and evening.
On Tuesdays, diners can buy one coal oven pizza or one hand-made artisan pasta, and get the second one for free.
During Prime Rib Wednesdays, diners can enjoy a juicy Prime Rib steak, which is served with a side salad and a “loaded” mashed potato, along with either tiramisu or a cannoli, for $24.95, per person.
