Culinary Queen: Mother’s Day at Prosecco Café

Spend a leisurely Mother’s Day with your favorite Wonder Woman at Prosecco Café in PGA Commons. Chef Dwayne Bell and pastry chef Rachel Paradee have created a gastronomic tasting menu that will spoil your mom on her special day.

OMG! Omelet

Nova smoked salmon, roasted red peppers, tomato, avocado, asiago,

crème fraîche, and caviar

Warm Spinach Salad

Organic spinach, sweet roasted beets, gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, and

warm onion bacon vinaigrette

Mother’s Day Sharing Brunch

$14 per person (minimum of two people)

Two eggs (any style)

Freshly squeezed orange juice

Chicken Waldorf Salad

Goat cheese croquette with fig jam and honey

Hummus egg salad with candied walnuts, grapes, and Brie cheese

Homemade breads and pastries

Reservations are recommended. Mother’s Day brunch is available 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
