Whether diners desire a juicy burger with fries or baked ham with all of the trimmings, for Easter, they should head to The Office in Delray Beach, Florida. This modern American gastro pub will be serving an array of scrumptious a la carte specials, as well as dishes from the regular menu, throughout Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.

The Office specializes in serving delicious, gourmet comfort food in a setting reminiscent of a luxurious home library. The Office is owned by gifted restaurateur and entrepreneur, John Rosatti, who also owns both Vic & Angelo’s restaurants (in Delray Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida) and BurgerFi.

Executive Chef Bryan Ramos’ a la carte Easter specials include Lobster Bisque…. $12; Spinach & Strawberry Salad…. $14 Bacon, Red Onion, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese Crumbles, Pear Vinaigrette; Baked Ham…. $26 Sweet Potato, Charred Asparagus, Pineapple Rum Glaze; and Crab-Stuffed Snapper…. $36 Saffron Beurre Blanc, Grilled Fingerling Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini.

The Office is a popular eatery that serves award-winning burgers, refreshing salads, inventive sandwiches and appetizers, and enticing entrees.

Chef Bryan is dedicated to creating mouthwatering dishes, that incorporate ingredients that are indigenous to Florida, including a variety of citrus fruit and plenty of fresh seafood.
