MOMS FEEL THE LOVE THIS SPRING AT AVOCADO GRILL

There’s a French proverb that Chef Julien Gremaud has always liked: “Mother’s love is always in its spring.” A talented chef in her own right, Julien’s mom inspired him to actively pursue his passion with such dedication that he was working in the culinary industry at age 14. This Mother’s Day, the award-winning chef will share his love for cooking with West Palm Beach mothers and their families.

Avocado Grill will offer several special Mother’s Day brunch creations. Heartier appetites will delight in the Petite Filet Steak & Egg served with sautéed spinach, home fries, and béarnaise sauce. For moms who prefer a meatless choice, Chef’s Gremaud’s special family recipe for Eggplant Parmesan is un-breaded and perfectly seasoned to appease the most health-conscious foodies.

Seafood lovers will also have two delicious options. First, there’s the Crab Benedict complete with lump crab, sautéed spinach, oranges and tarragon. There will also be a Maine Lobster Salad with asparagus, orange, artichokes and heirloom tomatoes, finished with a tarragon vinaigrette is sure to please.

Best of all, moms will love relaxing with the knowledge that there are no pots to scrub at home. As always, everyone is welcome to enjoy their favorite Avocado Grill small plates of seasonal, locavore-driven fare during brunch and dinner. Additionally, a full raw bar and an expansive farm-to-table menu that includes fresh, house-made desserts and a sophisticated collection of wine, beer, and signature libations will also be available.

Florida Trend Magazine awarded Avocado Grill their Golden Spoon’s “Best New Restaurant for 2015” coveted honor. As the 2014 and 2015 “Open Table Diners’ Choice” award winner and 2014 “New Times Reader’s Choice Best New Restaurant in Palm Beach County” award winner, the restaurant was also highlighted by USA Today’s 10 Best. Additionally, it garnered three of The Palm Beach Post’s most sought after Critic’s Choice Awards: “2015 Best A La Carte Brunch,” “2014 Best New Restaurant” and “2014 Rising Star Chef” for Owner/Chef Julien Gremaud, who was also a finalist in the South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine’s “Up & Comers Awards.”

Avocado Grill serves lunch Monday through Friday, weekend brunch, and dinner seven nights a week. Happy Hour is every evening from 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. and features two-for-one speciality drinks such as Kiwi Basil or Passionfruit Ginger along with dollar oysters on Monday’s. Indoor and open-air seating areas provide plenty of inviting space to relax with friends and family in addition to the colorful bar.
