HOP ON IN FOR AVOCADO GRILL’S EASTER BRUNCH

Restaurant promises plenty of regular menu and special holiday offerings

Chef Julien Gremaud’s Easter creations will delight regulars of Downtown West Palm Beach’s popular gathering spot as well as newbies. On April 16, Avocado Grill, which recently launched a newly updated lunch menu, will be fully “foodie-ready” for a deliciously colorful twist to one of the Chef’s favorite holidays.

Some of the special Easter brunch menu selections will include a Braised Lamb Quesadilla with fresh avocado and fruit salsa; Roasted Lamb Shank served Moroccan style with couscous, plums and almonds; and Lobster Benedict with spinach, avocado, truffle hollandaise and breakfast potatoes. Wash it all down with a specialty cocktail such as the Grilled Lemon Peppercorn Mojito, which is also the featured cocktail for the month of March and is helping to raise money for No Kid Hungry’s Taste of the Nation event.

The restaurant will also have their full award-winning brunch menu available for those looking to savor their favorite dishes like the Burrata Salad, Jumbo Lump Crab and Avocado, AG Benedict, Mushroom Fricassee and more. As always, plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options are available.

“Easter is one of my favorite days to cook,” says Chef Gremaud. “I especially love creating new twists on traditional dishes for families to enjoy together.”

On Easter, Avocado Grill will be serving brunch from 10:00 a.m. –  3:00 p.m. and dinner will be served from 4:00 – 9:30 p.m.Reservations are highly suggested and can be made at avocadogrillwpb.com or by calling (561) 623-0822. About Avocado Grill:

Opened in downtown West Palm Beach in late 2014, Avocado Grill has become a staple on the dining scene. Led by Chef Julien Gremaud, the award-winning restaurant features small plates of seasonal, locavore-driven fare, specialty ceviche, a full raw bar and an expansive farm-to-table menu that includes fresh, house-made desserts.  In December 2016, Chef Gremaud won the Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival’s title for “Best Street Food”. The Chef’s entry was a Quail Leg Lollipop with truffle aioli, pistachio crust, cherry chutney, and pickled beech mushroom.

Over the restaurant’s two years in business, the talented chef and his staff have accumulated an array of awards recognizing the high quality and uniqueness of their delectable offerings including: Florida Trend Magazine’s Golden Spoon award for “Best New Restaurant for 2015;  2014, 2015, & 2016 “Open Table Diners’ Choice” award winner, 2014 “New Times Reader’s Choice Best New Restaurant in Palm Beach County”, and USA Today’s 10 Best. Additionally, Avocado Grill has garnered four of The Palm Beach Post’s most sought after Critic’s Choice Awards: “2016 Best Indie Restaurant,” “2015 Best A La Carte Brunch,” “2014 Best New Restaurant” and “2014 Rising Star Chef” for Owner/Chef Julien Gremaud, who was also a finalist in the South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine’s “Up & Comers Awards.”
