Garden to Glass: Spoto’s Unveils New Summer-Inspired Cocktails

Renowned for its sleek interiors, stellar cocktails, and a bustling culinary scene, Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons has just launched two new drinks that are mouthwatering concoctions of organically distilled spirits and garden-sourced ingredients.

Created by Spoto’s mixologist Shae Halloun, the new summer sippers are ideal warm weather companions. The delectable Hot & Cool Marg-tini ($11) has all the elements of a lip-smacking blockbuster: fresh lime juice, jalapeños, cucumbers, and Silver tequila. The Blackberry Smash ($10) is a tall order of boozy eye candy, loaded with gin, fresh blackberries, mint leaves, and a rich, fruit-infused brandy.

“We are passionate about designing new and exciting craft cocktails for our guests,” says Halloun. “These summer sips are wonderful thirst quenchers and perfectly match our garden-in-a-glass theme.”

Spoto’s Oyster Bar is located in PGA Commons at 4560 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
