Breakfast at Boston’s on the Beach Sunny-side Up

Delray’s most beloved restaurant, Boston’s on the Beach, launches a new, energy-packed breakfast menu that will fuel up your morning and set the pace for an active South Florida day. Guests can jump-start their appetites with a steaming cup of fresh-brewed coffee, while digging into the “Sunny-side Up” menu. There is an extensive selection of nutritional choices – from classic, farm-fresh omelets and eggs Benedict to trendsetting sweet potato-marshmallow sticky buns, smoothies, and breakfast wraps.

The immune-boosting, supercharged smoothies with Greek yogurt will ensure you are running on all cylinders. Boston’s breakfast grains are truly inspired with a granola starter with banana or fresh strawberries added, or try the breakfast banana split with Greek vanilla yogurt, a selection of berries, granola, and candied walnuts.

Classic breakfast offerings will get your morning sizzling such as the two-egg special with toast, bacon, or chicken apple sausage, or the beach special that includes two pancakes with your eggs, plus breakfast potatoes. The smoked salmon bagel platter is a sure winner as is the western breakfast wrap and the spinach and cheese quiche. Bite into some creative flavor with a p+b+j waffle stuffed with peanut butter mousse, blueberry jam, and whipped cream. It’s going to be tough deciding between the bananas Foster pancakes, the brioche French toast, and the ultimate coconut cream-stuffed French toast with fresh strawberries and caramelized bananas.
